Joan L. (Smith) Hinkel Obituary

Joan L. Hinkel, 95, of Temple, PA, passed away at Monday, April 10th, at Manor Care of Sinking Spring. Joan was born in Birdsboro, PA on January 17, 1922, a daughter of the late Catherine (Stuart)  and Claude  Smith. She was the widow of Albert D. Hinkel.


Joan is  survived by a daughter, Susan M., wife of  Douglas Hollinger, of Shillington, PA,  a sister, Joyce Ellis, of New Jersey, and two grandchildren: Andrew S and Nicholas C. Hollinger. She was predeceased by a daughter Patricia A.


Donations may be made in her name to the Humane Society of Berks County, 1801 N 11th St, Reading, PA 19604.
