Cecelia A. Richardson, 57, of Reading, PA passed away Friday, April 14th, at her home. Born in Reading on March 24, 1960, she was the daughter of Carlton Walker, of Blue Bell, PA and the late Anna (Taylor) Shingle. She was the wife of Gene W. Richardson.
She was a foster mother with Concern for 17 years and a member of Spring Valley Church of God, Laureldale.
Cecelia is survived by her husband, Gene, seven daughters: Leola C., wife of Leon Bungle, of Mt. Penn, PA; Claressa C. Wallace, of West Lawn, PA; Lagina D. Richardson, of Washington, D.C., Ana C. Richardson, of York, PA; Keona A. Richardson of Philadelphia, PA, Donita Vosburgh of Reading, PA, and Rachel Garcia of Florida; and six sons: Gene W. Richardson, III, husband of Carmela, of Colorado; Allen M. Richardson, of Washington, D.C.; Josiah C. Richardson, of Reading, PA; Joshua N. Richardson, of Wernersville, PA, Abraham E. Richardson, of Reading, PA; and Michael Richardson of Camphill, PA. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren.
