Eugene Hudzik Obituary

Eugene C. Hudzik, age 89 years, of Reading, passed away Monday, September 17th, at Reading Hospital & Medical Center, West Reading.

Eugene was born in Reading on June 13, 1929, a son of the late Frances (Klosowski) and Stanley Hudzik and was the husband of 63 years of Mary Ann Hudzik, of Shillington.

He served in the U.S. Army as a Corporal in the Korean War.

Eugene worked at Firestone Tire Co. Pottstown, then was employed at Brown Trailers, Reading, until working in the maintenance department at Wyomissing High School until his retirement in 1992.

In addition to his wife, Eugene is survived by two sons: Michael E. Hudzik, of Laureldale, and Eugene M. Hudzik, of West Lawn. He is also survived by five grandchildren: Heather, Rachel, Cody, Zoe, and Kasey, and one great granddaughter, Chloe.

Services are private at the convenience of family.
