Elizabeth J. Breton Obituary

Elizabeth J. Breton, 95, of Leesport, passed away Sunday, January 9th, at Berks Heim Nursing Home. 

Elizabeth was born in Reading on September 14, 1926, a daughter of the late Elizabeth (Tazik) and George Slowik and was the widow of Leo J. Breton, who passed away in 1994.

She was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, Reading and worked as a packer at David Crystal, Reading, until retiring in 1988. She liked to bake, play bingo, do crossword puzzles, paint by number and take care of her family.

Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Kathy Reber, of High Point, NC; son, Leo, husband of Frances Breton, Jr., of Shillington, five grandchildren, Joel Scolastico, husband of Terry, Jill Scolastico, Katti Discavage, wife of Josh, Geoff Breton, Mike Reber, husband of Jenn and eleven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Friends are invited to gather Friday, January 14th from 8:30 to 9:30 AM at Feeney Funeral Home. Prayer service will follow at 9:30 AM. Interment at Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale.
