Catherine E. (Maser) Burkey

Catherine E. Burkey, 85, formerly of Hamburg, PA, passed away at 818 am, Tuesday, December 19th, at Laurel Center. 

Catherine was born in Souderton, PA on October 17, 1932, a daughter of the late Elizabeth (Geiger) Maser.

She was employed as a Nurses Aide and enjoyed knitting and crocheting.

Catherine is survived by three daughters, MaryAnn, wife of Robert Grant, of Reading, PA; Ruth Sloane, of Laureldale, PA; Cathy Burkey, of Hamburg, PA and two sons Roy A. and  Brent A. Burkey, both of Reading, PA. She is also survived by a brother, Raymond Gilmore, of Pottstown, PA. 

 A Religious Service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, December 22nd at Transform Church, 621 Centre Avenue in Reading, PA .
