William (Wild Bill) H. Mease, 82, of Kutztown, PA, passed away at 10:45 PM, Tuesday, December 20th, at Kutztown Manor. William was born in Reading, PA on September 8, 1934, a son of the late Ruth F. (Schmeck) and Harry Mease. He was the husband of Rosemary (Unger) Mease.
William was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Reading and worked as a pipecutter at Hoffman Industries, Sinking Spring, Pa., for 45 years, retiring in 1997.
William is survived by his wife; a daughter, Susan A., wife of Richard Mountz, of Reading; and a son,William B., husband of Maureen (Romano), of Muhlenberg Twp. He is also survived by a sister, Joanne, wife of Leonard Loose, of Reading; 7 grandchildren: Justin, Melanie, and Rochette Mountz; and Christian, Laura , Bradley and Isabella Mease; and 6 great grandchildren: Jet, Riley, Summer, Autumn, Mya, and Talya. He is predeceased by his step-father, Luther M. Long.
The family would like to thank Kutztown Manor and the second floor nursing staff for all their good care.
