Sandra Messner Obituary

Sandra L. (Hock) Messner, age 75 of West Reading, 
passed away July 22, 2024. Born in West Reading, she was the daughter of the late Francis V and Ruth F. (Tobias) Hock.
Sandra was a 1967 graduate of Reading High School and last employed by Hershey's Reading plant (Luden's) from 1996 until 2007. She was previously employed as a waitress at various restaurants in Berks County, including Mt. Penn Family Restaurant. 
Sandra is survived by her companion, William Damore with whom she resided with for 30 years. She is also survived by her daughter, Rachel Smith and companion Edwin Lugo, of Laureldale and three sons, William Christman and Thomas Messner, both of West Reading and Jorge Mercado and his wife, Beverly, of Sinking Spring. 
In addition to her children she is survived by her brother, Robert A. Hoch of Wyomissing and grandsons, Zachery Messner and Dylan Matz, granddaughters Lydia Mercado and Jayden McGrogan. She is also survived by her nephew, Michael Weller, husband of Autumn and niece Wendy Brunner and two great grandchildren, Zayden Matz and Patrick Messner. She was preceded in death by her sister, Donna Weller and nephew, Brian Weller.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend her visitation on Monday, July 29th from 5 PM to 7 PM at Feeney Funeral Home. Interment is private at the convenience of the family.
