Patricia Smith Obituary
Patricia A. (Patty) Smith, 63, of Birdsboro, Pa., passed away Sunday, January 29th, at St. Joseph Medical Center, Reading, Berks County. She was the loving wife of the late Mark R Smith who passed away on December 5, 2010. They celebrated 10 years of marriage. Patricia was born in Tucson, AZ on April 27, 1959, a daughter of the late Elaine J (Lowe) Watt and William H Watt Sr. She was a graduate of Exeter High School. She worked for Boscov's from 1990 to 2008. She liked to read, was a civil war buff, going to Civil War reenactments and day trips to Gettysburg with her husband Mark. Patricia is survived by two brothers, Robert Watt, and Terrance Watt, husband of Georganne, of Collegeville, Pa. and her best friend Debbie S. Ohlinger, companion of John Dewald of Exeter. Also Her In-laws John and Joan Wert of Leesport, Brother-in-law Philip Wert, husband of Sharon, West Reading, Sister-in-law Debbie, wife of Todd Hamm of Reading, Michelle, wife of Matt James of Leesport and Hazel Watt of Lincoln, De. She is also survived by 5 Nieces April, Heather, Natalie, Naomi and Jazzman. 4 Nephews, Jared, Larry, Trenton and Kyle. and Trenton She was predeceased by her brothers William H Watt Jr. and Lawrence Watt. She will be missed by her 2 cats. She will be laid to rest next to Mark In Belleman's Church Cemetery on Thursday, February 2nd at 2 PM. Procession to Cemetery will leave funeral home at 1:30 PM In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Berks County Humane Society or Animal Rescue League.
