DESEMER (DESEZ) JOSEPH MARSHALL

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Desemer Joseph Marshall of Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away January 29, 2023, the son of Lyra Marshall-Talarico. The Lord decided it was time to come home so he gave him his wings.

The viewing of Desemer will be held atJohn P. Feeney FuneralHome, 625 N. 4th Street. Reading PA from 1-3 followed by a Celebration of Life at Riverside Beneficial Association 1742 Pear Street, Reading PA. From 5- 9 Saturday February 4

Desez was a graduate of Reading Sr. High School class of 1991. and was employed at Alpha Distribution in Deer Lake, Pennsylvania. Desez passion for life came through in his art and the spoken word. With what he could express through his words just touches your heart. If you knew anything about Desez then you know that he was Hip Hop 4 Life. He loves his two great nephews and got so much joy being with them. He was a loyal fan of all the Philadelphia major sports team. His favorite team was the 76’ers

He was a down to earth kind of guy, fun loving, outspoken, independent, intelligent, selfless and always saw the good in people always willing to give a helping hand. It was very rare when you saw him that he wasn’t smiling. He loved life and people and was loved by all. Desez was so full of life and promise, he was as real as anyone could be.

We will surly miss Desez aka Desemer, Dezmo, DJ, Dizzy, and Dezmo daGreat. He was truly a one of a kind person a fantastic son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He leaves us all with a big hole in our hearts that no one else could ever fill.

He leaves to mourn; his mother Lyra J. Marshall-Talarico wife of Samuel Talarico Jr., one sister Shannin Lei Marshall, 3 nephews
Justin A. Marshall, Marquez D. Martinez-Marshall 
(Ashley Santana) and RaShawn G. Bass , two great nephews 
Marquez Jr. and Maison. And a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is also survived by his bonus daughter Kaylee Preti and his partner Shiann Geisinger.
