Mark R. Spencer
Mark R. Spencer, 55, of Birdsboro, passed away Tuesday, June 15th, at his residence.
Mark was born in Toledo, OH on August 2, 1965, a son of Matilda (Wright) Spencer, of Littleton West Virginia and the late Virgil R Spencer.
He was the husband of Celeste T. (O'Brien) Montgomery-Spencer.
He Construction Superintendent most of his life
