Mary Jane Miller, 69, of Reading, passed away Wednesday, July 31st, at her residence surrounded by family. Mary was born in Bloomsburg, PA on March 25, 1955, a daughter of the late Shirley R. (Moyer) Atherton and John D. Andy. She was the widow of Robert M. Miller. She was a worker at Bowman Hat Factory, Adamstown and Hoffman Industries, Sinking Spring. Mary is survived by a daughter, Renee A. Leisey, significant other of David P. Charles of Reading; a son, Andrew R. Miller, husband of Jessica of Temple; Mary is also survived by a sister, Betsy J., wife of Rafael Santiago, of Hamburg; three brothers, Norman, husband of Audrey Andy, of Adamstown; John Andy, of Hamburg; George Andy, of Reading. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Kyra A. Wadelington fiancé of Henry Mendez of Reading; Tyrese Wadelington of Reading; Meriah Ruiz-Flores of Reading and nine great grandchildren: Anastasia, Jonathan, Kay’Lani, Reinaliz, Tyrese Jr, Naviay, Hezekiah, Zayden and Amoura. Mary was a caretaker by heart but not by career. Everyone she crossed paths with loved her, because of that her memory will live on and she will be dearly missed.
