After being employed at Dana Corp. for almost 20 years, he spent the next 20 years as a technician for Ehrlich Pest Control. He was the husband of Kathy (Kemp) Polyak, who survives him.

In addition to his wife, Kathy, Mark is survived by a son, Mark J. Polyak Jr., of Temple, PA.  Mark is also survived by a sister, Shelly Polyak, of West Reading, Pa. Three brothers, Michael, husband of Gloria Polyak, of Reading, PA; Kevin, husband of Linda Polyak, of Shillington, PA; David Polyak, of West Lawn, PA.

Besides spending time with family, Mark was a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He recently got to a game this year to see a win. When he wasn’t glued to the tv watching sports, he was the neighborhood handyman. He was always there for  those that needed an extra hand.
