Lena M. Hess
Lena M. Hess, 93, of Schuylkill Haven, formerly of Shillington, passed away Wednesday, December 22nd, at Geisinger - St. Luke's Hospital , Orwigsburg, PA
Lena was born in Chester County, PA on July 16, 1928, a daughter of the late Dorothy (Benner) Garman-Forry and Lester Garman.
She was the widow of Ralph H. Hess who died in 2017. Lena was a member of First Presbyterian Church Reading, PA .
She worked as a Photographer at Whitner's,Remeer Studios and also at Wanamakers, Lits and Boscov's at the Berkshire Mall.
Lena is survived by two sons James William, husband of Sue Lord, of Phoenix, AZ; Mark Allen, husband of Theresa Lord, of Schuylkill Haven, PA; and a step daughter, Barbara A, wife of Thomas Hagan, of Reading, PA;
Lena is also survived by a brother, Ellis, husband of Beatty Garman, of Reading. and by 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 4 great, great grandchildren

Friends and relatives are invited to call on Thursday December 30th from 10-11 Am religious service at 11 AM. Interment at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery Annville, PA. on Thursday, December 30th at 1 PM.
Funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 11:45 am
