Janet C, (Clutter) Ferree, 87, of Wernersville, passed away Thursday, December 23rd, at Reading Hospital & Medical Center, West Reading.
Janet was born in W Finley, Pa on August 29, 1934, a daughter of the late Nellie (Harsh) and Roy Clutter.
She was the widow of Robert G Ferree. They were married 33 yrs.
A member of Lincoln Park UMC Church, she last worked as a Elementary Librarian at Elizabethtown Area School District.
She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution - Berks Chapter, Berks County Federation of Women's Clubs, Wernersville Woman's club, and Heidelberg Heritage Society
Janet is survived by four daughters, Nan Ferree, of Blairsville, Pa; Sally, wife of Robert Lamm, of Wernersville, Pa; Melissa, wife of Eric Hassel, of Dillon, CO; J. Rebecca, wife of Chad Chelius, of Shillington, Pa; and a son,Robert, husband of Sally Ferree, of Plymouth, MI;
She is also survived by 9 grandchildren,: Rachel, Hanna & Emma Ferree, Gabriel & Claire Chelius, Williiam & Nathan Lamm, Collin & Owen Hassel.
Janet was predeceased by two sisters, Marjorie Dague and Helen Mariner, along with two brothers, Paul Clutter and Roy Clutter.
