Julio Cesar Maldonado, 78, of Reading, passed away Thursday, December 22nd, at his Perkiomen Ave. residence.
Julio was born in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico on April 10, 1945, a son of the late Maria Pilar (Ramos) Maldondo and Nicomedes Maldonado.
He worked as a Tourist Guide
