John L. DeJoseph Obituary
John L. DeJoseph, 95, of Birdsboro, formerly of Muhlenberg Township, passed away Wednesday, May 5th, at Berkshire Center, Reading.
John was born in Bridgeport, PA on April 16, 1926, a son of the late Rose (Chicchi) and Joseph DeJoseph.
He was the widower of Carrie E. (Kuntz) DeJoseph.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception BVM Church Douglassville, PA 19518.
He served in the U.S. Army in WW II and later worked as a District Sales Manager at Endicott Johnson Shoe Corporation retiring in 1988.
John is survived by a daughter, Robin, wife of William Watt, of Birdsboro, PA; and a sister, Edith, wife of Carmen Pagliaro, of Blue Bell, PA; and two brothers, Vincent DeJoseph and Gerald DeJoseph both of Pennsylvania and by 2 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
He was predeceased by a son, Ricky L. DeJoseph, Bernville, PA, two sisters Mary Luskin and Phil Delosa, and a brother Felix DeJoseph
A Private Service will be held at 12 PM on Monday, May 10th at Feeney Funeral Home in Reading, PA. A Public Military Rifle Salute by the Topton American Legion Honors contingent and US Army Honor Guard will precede entombment in Gethemane Cemetery Chapel of the Resurrection at 1 PM.
