Joan E. Hoffman Obituary
Joan E. Hoffman, 90, of Reading, passed away Sunday, August 7th. Joan was born in Reading on May 26, 1932, a daughter of the late Cora (Geisinger) and Charles Blake.
Joan worked as a Floor Person in the garment industry for 43 years retiring in 1997. She loved Life, was an avid animal lover, enjoyed dancing, riding motorcycles, bus trips to NY and cruises to various islands later in life with her long time companion Gerald Adam who predeceased her. She was also predeceased by Francis Breidegam, her first husband and Kerry Hoffman, her second husband.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna Speck and son in law Joe; son, Terry Breidegam and daughter in law Sharon; daughter in law Vickie Hoffman, wife of predeceased stepson James Hoffman. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Brian and Corinne Breidegam, Christina Hoffman Hufnagel and Jason Hoffman and nine great grandchildren.
Services are private at the convenience of the family.
