Jeffrey S. Allar, Sr.
Jeffrey S. Allar, Sr., 60, of Sinking Spring, passed away Saturday, April 1st, at his residence. .
Jeffrey was born in Miami, FL on May 25, 1962, a son of Needa (Smith) Allar, of Hernando, FL and the late John Allar.
He was the husband of Laura Rios, who survives him.
He served in the U.S. Army.
