US MARINE CORPS KOREAN WAR


George W. Bosold, 85, of Reinholds, PA, passed away at 12:50 PM, Friday, June 24th, peacefully, at Reading Hospital & Medical Center, West Reading. 


George was born in Spring Twp, PA on June 24, 1931, a son of the late Beulah W. (Behl) and Irvin W. Bosold.


He served in the U.S. Marines. in the Korean War and later worked as a consultant with Bell, AT& T and Verizon for 36  years retiring in 1984. 


He was a member of the Board of Directors at Bellco Federal Credit Union  and a member of Masonic Lodge # 52 Reading, PA  

George was fun-loving and lived life to the fullest. He was loved and will be greatly missed.

George is  survived by 

a daughter, Suzanne E. Bare, of York, PA; 

two sons Richard Bosold , husband of  Bethany Bosold, of Reinholds; Mark T. Bosold , husband of  Nancy Bosold, of Fleetwood, PA; and by 3 grandchildren, Michael, Alyssa and Emily and a great granddaughter Kaylee and his companion Dorthie Kaylor 


Friends and relatives are invited to a Memorial Gathering on MONDAY, June 27th from 10 Am until 12 Noon at the Feeney Funeral Home,  Reading PA.
