Genaro J. Calendrillo
World War II P-51 Pilot

Genaro J. Calendrillo, 97, of Bechtelsville, PA passed away Saturday, June 2nd, at his residence. . 

Genaro was born in Lodi, NJ on July 20, 1920, a son of the late Rosa (Luciano) and Frank Calendrillo.

The husband of Else (Schwarz) Calendrillo, who survives him, he served in the U.S. Army Air Force as a Captain in WW II. Piloting P51 Mustangs in the European theatre.

He worked as a production manager for 20 years and was the Mayor of Lodi, New Jersey from 1946-1956 .

In addition to his wife, Else, Genaro is survived by two daughters, Rosa, wife of Richie Luggiero, of New Jersey, and Cathy Calendrillo.. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchild He was predeceased by his son, Frank Calendrillo

Interment will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery Annville, PA.
