Florence T. Quirin

Florence T. ( Kozicki) Quirin, 100, formerly of South 8th Street Reading away Friday, November 26th, at Berks Heim Nursing Home, Leesport., Pa.

Florence was born in Wilkes Barre, PA on May 2, 1921, a daughter of the late Helen Ripski and Joseph Kozicki.

She was the widow of Richard C. Quirin, Sr.. who predeceased her in 2001.

She was a member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church Reading, PA 19602. 

She loved Christmas and always spent too much on toys for her family. She was a true Mrs. Claus. She also loved baking and cooking and would let no one else in her kitchen to help. 

Florence is survived by a daughter, Carol, wife of William Wright, of SInking Spring, PA; 
a son,Richard Quirin, Jr, also of Sinking Spring, PA. 

She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren and she was predeceased by 1 brother and five sisters.

Services in Reading are private at the convenience of family.

A casketed burial and graveside Services will be held at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Cemetery Wilkes Barre Pa on Thursday, December 2nd at 1 PM.
