Florence Bachulski

 Florence Bachulski, 88, of Queen of Angels Apartments, Laureldale, passed away Tuesday, January 16th, at Phoebe Berks Village, Wernersville, after a stay of 5 days. 

Florence was born in Reading, PA on March 1, 1929, a daughter of the late Tillie (Warczyglowa) and Frank Bachulski.

She graduated from  Reading High Evening School  with a degree in Practical Nursing from St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing and also took courses at RACC. She was employed as a Seamstress at Izod LaCosta Reading, PA and also worked part time at Boscov's department stores.

Florence loved crocheting, and watching Great Courses on DVD's and doing Yoga. 

She is survived by a daughter, Irene, wife of William T. Straw, Jr., of Bernville, PA  and  by 2 grandchildren, William T. Straw III husband of Cheryl, of Bethel, PA and Michael Straw, husband of Amanda, of Frenchtown, Montana. and by 3 great grandchildren, Sylvia, Josh and Jacob Straw.

She was predeceased by 2 brothers, Anthony Bachulski in 1996 and Edward Bachulski in 1955.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Frances DeSales R.C. Church 321 N. Church Robesonia, 19551. 

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:30 PM on Friday, January 26 in the Chapel of the Ressurection at Gethsemane Cemetery. .  Interment will follow.
