Edith Kraheck Obituary

Edith L. Kraheck, 94, formerly of Laureldale, passed away Wednesday, October 31st, at Mifflin Center. 

Edith was born in Brooklyn, NY on February 4, 1924, a daughter of the late Erna (Duckstein) and Karl M. Burk. She was the widow of Werner W. Kraheck who died on August 11, 1998.

Edith and Werner were members of the Reading Liederkranz. 

She is survived by a daughter, Adelheid Keiser, wife of John Keiser of Mohnton, PA and a son,Eric Kraheck, husband of Robin Kraheck of West Chester, PA.

She is also survived by 3 grandchildren: David Keiser, Stephen Kraheck, and Erin (Kraheck) Sullivan, and 4 great grandchildren: Finnegan, Sawyer, and Rhys Sullivan and Kameryn Keiser.

Services are private at the convenience of the family. Interment will be announced at a later date at Laureldale Cemetery.
