Donald W. “Skip” Rahn, Jr., 75, of Temple, passed away at home on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, surrounded by family members. He was married for over 43 years to Carol A. (Rohrbacher) Rahn. Born in Reading, PA, he was the son of Donald Sr. and Irene (Jeschke) Rahn. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Diane Rahn, and his grandparents, Charles and Helen Rahn. Skip was a pump salesman last employed by EMR Corporation. Skip was also head football coach for Rising Sun Athletic Association for over 25 years. Skip enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He loved his cat, Frosty. Skip loved going to the beach and searching for hidden treasures with his metal detector. Skip is survived by his wife, Carol; two sons: Michael T., husband of Mary Jo, and Matthew T. Rohrbacher, husband of Tracey; five grandchildren: Jamie Rahn, Gabrielle Rahn, Matthew Rohrbacher, husband of Ashley, Leo Rahn, and Joseph Rahn; four great-grandchildren: Cameron, Izadora, Connor, and Warren; one sibling: David, husband of Renee Rahn, and a niece. A Memorial Service will be held at Feeney Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 12, from 5-7 PM. A Religious service with Pastor Robert Argot will begin at 7 PM. Interment will be on Wednesday, July 13th at Pleasantview Cemetery at 11:30 AM, Pastor Argot officiating.
