Daisy L. Figueroa


Daisy L. Figueroa, 50, of Reading, P passed away Friday, May 21nd, at Reading Hospital & Medical Center, West Reading. 


Daisy was born in New York City, NY on January 5, 1971, a daughter of Luz Marie (Acevedo), of Puerto Rico,and the late Nelson Feliciano. She was the wife of Thomas A Sivak, who survives her.


She  was employed as a Food Processor


in addition to here husband, Thomas, Daisy is survived by a daughter, Erica Figueroa, wife of Joel Huertas, of Reading; two sons Jonathan Figueroa, of Reading; and Juan Figueroa, Jr., of Reading; a step daughter, Julie Sivak, of Reading. 


Daisy is also survived by two sisters, Soila Villafone, of Reading; Judy Feliciano, of Reading; 


She is also survived by 4 grandchildren Everly, Yazlynn, Joel and Giselle and 2 step grandchildren Amara and Xavier
