Brian Bortz Obituary
Brian R. Bortz, 43, of Reading, passed away Tuesday, January 31st, at St. Joseph Medical Center, from natural causes.
Brian was born in Reading, PA on April 20, 1979, a son of Robert J Bortz, of Pa and the late Pauline (Funck) Bortz.
He graduated from Reading High School, Class of 1997.and was later employed as a Pre Loader at UPS
Brian is survived by three sisters, Paulette L Slifer, of Reading; Yvonne Bortz-Knight, of Erie, Pa; Jennifer Bortz, of Reading, and three brothers, Dennis R Bortz, of Reading; James R, husband of Terrie Bortz, of Temple; Kevin R Bortz, of Reading; He was predeceased by a brother John Bortz in 1994.
A memorial gathering will be held at Feeney Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 7th, from 12 Noon - 1 PM with Religious Service at 1 PM with Reverend Randall Grossman, officiating. Interment private at the convenience of family.
