Betty J. McNeil, 91, of Topton, PA, passed away Wednesday, December 7th, at St. Joseph Medical Center, Reading. Betty was born in Conshohocken, PA on March 19, 1925, a daughter of the late Evelyn (Swavely) and Lloyd C. Laver. She was the widow of John  McNeil.

She worked as a Monitor at Tungsol Corp, Boyertown, PA.

She is predeceased by companion Richard Derr with whom she resided for 32 years. She is survived by 2 nieces and 2 nephews
