Arthur Lee Johnson, 63, of Exeter Township, passed away Friday, November 18th, at Reading Hospital & Medical Center, West Reading.
He was the husband of Cynthia A. (nee Williams) Johnson they were married for 37 years. Arthur was born in Reading, PA on March 11, 1953, a son of the late Mary (Williams) Jones.
He served in the U.S. Army as a Specialist and was later employed as a press operator with Dayna Corp. for 25 years, retiring in 1998.
He is survived by 4 daughters: Syrie D., wife of Marcus Sciulli, of Clementon, NJ; Elizabeth D., wife of Stewart Allen, of Palm Harbor, FL; Teherra M. Kearse, of Petersburg, VA; Helen A. Williams, of Reading, PA; and 3 God children, God Daughter Ashley B. Mayo, of Buffalo, NY; God Son Frank Eaddy, Jr., of Ft. Stewart, GA; and God Son Justin A, Eaddy, of Reading, PA. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
He is also survived by two brothers Jerome Williams, Reading PA, and Gerald Williams, Newnan, GA two sisters Kim Williams, Newnan, GA, Jacqueline Williams, Winston Salem NC. He is predeceased by one brother Jeremiah Williams. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Services are private at the convenience of the family with interment at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
