Wayne Imes Obituary

Wayne L. Imes, 73, of Shillington, passed away Wednesday, December 11th, at Reading Hospital & Medical Center, West Reading. 

Wayne was born in Reading, PA on December 15, 1950, a son of the late Helen E (Ritter) and Benjamin F Imes.

The widower of Peggy A. (Grow) Peterson. He served in the U.S. Marines as a Sgt. in the Vietnam War and was employed as a Maintenance tech. at Tower Health for 30 yrs. retiring in 2012. 

He is survived by many friends and acquaintances and his Marine brothers.

Interment at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery on Thursday, December 19th, at 2 PM with full Marine Military Honors. Procession will leave funeral home at 12:30 PM Sharp.
