Thomas C. Keene, 66, of Alsace Township passed away Monday, December 9th, at his residence. .
Thomas was born in New Hartford, NY on January 26, 1953, a son of the late Caroline (Wesley) and William Keene.
He served in the U.S. Air Force and later worked as a Project Manager in construction and fabrication.
Thomas is survived by a daughter, Shannon C. Barber, wife of Jason Barber of Alsace Township, PA
