Thomas G. Hohl passed away peacefully at Country Meadows Retirement Community, Wyomissing, on Tuesday, May 14, 2024.
He was born March 13,1932 to parents Gerard J. Hohl and Margaret V. Garrigan. He is now reunited with them and his late brother, David. He is survived by many nieces and nephews to whom he was a devoted and generous Uncle Tom.
He was a 1950 graduate of Central Catholic High School, Allentown, Pa.
Tom served his country with honor and distinction in the U.S Air Force from 1950 to 1955 in Munich, Germany. His commitment to duty and love for his country were values that defined him throughout his life. Upon discharge from the Air Force, he attended Temple University, Philadelphia, graduating in 1962. He had a long and successful career as an FHA appraiser in New Jersey.
He resided in Haddon Township, NJ, for most of his life and cherished his community of friends at the Heather House condominiums. He enjoyed Philly sports, a round of golf, and a glass of Scotch whiskey. Tom’s kindness and generosity touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing him.
