Elizabeth Jane (DiTullio) Koch, 92, passed away December 22, 2022 in the care of Rittenhouse Village and Caring Hospice.  She was born in Cranford, NJ on September 11, 1930 to the late Frank DiTullio, Sr. and Margaret (Dimarco) DiTullio.  Known to most as Betty, she was the widow of Donald Koch who passed in 2012. They had been married for almost 62 years. She was also predeceased by her brother, Frank DiTullio, Jr.

Betty and her brother, Frank, were the owners of the Off Shore Inn, a restaurant in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ that still remains in the family.

She is survived by her three children: Deborah White (Michael), Bernville, PA; David Koch (Mary), Kennesaw, GA; Dale Koch (Sylvia), Brick, NJ.

Betty has seven grandchildren-Meredith Lewis (Brad), Matthew White, Kristin Nielsen (Ned), Daniel White (Meghan), Adam White (Mary), Travis Koch (Kellie) and Derek Koch (Tyler).

She also is blessed with eight great-grandchildren who loved their Gigi: Robby Lewis, Finn White, Jackson White, Jesse Lewis, Michael White, Grady White, Lucy Elizabeth White, and Emily Elizabeth White.

Betty was a golfing member of the Manasquan River Golf Club and played tennis with the Union Landing ladies.  After retiring from the restaurant business, she continued to create homemade soup to offer on the menu.

She enjoyed volunteering for the Point Pleasant chapter of the Deborah Hospital Foundation, P.O. Box 820, Browns Mills, NJ 08015 and the nonprofit Big Hearts to Little Hearts, http://www.bighearts2littlehearts.com.

A celebration honoring Betty will be held in the spring back at the Jersey shore where she lived most of her life.  She’ll be interred with her husband at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown, NJ.
