Mildred Walters Obituary
Mildred Walters, 75, of Sinking Spring, passed away Friday, October 15th, at Manor Care Health Services Sinking Spring.
Mildred was born in Manchester, Jamaica on November 18, 1945, a daughter of the late Jane and David Farquharson and was the wife of Hopton Walters, of Reading.
She worked in the Housekeeping Department at St. Joseph Medical Center and Berks County Court House.
Mildred is survived by her daughter, Viviene Brammer, of Jamaica; two sisters, Verna Farquharson, of Sinking Spring; Beryl Farquharson, of New Jersey; brother, Ernel Farquharson, of Kingston, Jamaica; three grandchildren, Kamika McLaughlin, David Plummer and Gary Davis and six great grandchildren, Kamari, Lanyla, Amyra and Davion Plummer, Sionna and Sion McLaughlin Jr. She was predeceased by her sisters, Lesma and Eva Farquharson, five brothers, Kingston, Clifford, Rubert, Bertram and Leslie Farquharson.
Public viewing will be Saturday October 23rd from 10 to 11 AM at Feeney Funeral Home. Religious service will follow at 11 AM. Interment will be in Jamaica.
