Michael Polyak Jr. Obituary

Michael Polyak, Jr., 96, of Reading, passed away Wednesday, December 1st at Berks Heim Nursing & Rehabilitation. Michael was born in Reading on October 11, 1925, a son of the late Irene (Manula) and Michael Polyak, Sr. and was the widower of Mary C. Polyak, who passed away in 2016.
Michael was a 1943 graduate of Reading High School and served in the Marines in WWII. He was employed at Dana Corporation, Reading.
Michael is survived by his daughter, Michele M. Polyak, of Wyomissing, four sons, Michael G. Polyak III, husband of Gloria A. (Fontana), of Reading; Kevin L. Polyak, husband of Linda A. (Shemansik), of Shillington; David B. Polyak, of Reading; Mark Polyak, husband of Kathy L. (Kemp), of Temple. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Services are private at the convenience of the family.
