Michael G. Drevicki, 90, of Blandon, PA, passed away onThursday, March 15th, at his residence.
Born in Reading, PA on September 5, 1927, he was a son of the late Mary (Gumeninski) and John Drevicki.
He was the widower of Ruth (Stuber), they were together for 70 years and marrried for 68 years..
He served in the U.S. Army as a military policeman in WW II and was awarded a World War II Victory medal. He later worked as a lift truck mechanic at Caterpillar for 30 years, retiring in 1990.
He was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Fire Company and a lifetime member of the Greenfield Fire Company. He loved Polka music and dancing to it with his wife. He also loved playing cards.
Michael is survived by a daughter, Sandra L. Hauger, fiancee of Scott Kehris, of Blandon, PA; and a son, David Drevicki, husband of Stephanie (Spinka) Drevicki, of Leesport, PA. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson. He was predeceased by brother John and sister Anna.
A Military service and interment will be held on Friday, March 23 at 3:00 pm at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery Annville, PA. Procession will leave Funeral Home at 1:30 PM
