Larryie Earl Geissler

Larryie E. Geissler, 80, of Mohnton, passed away Tuesday, December 27th, at Lebanon Veterans Hospital, Lebanon,PA. 

Larryie was born in West Reading on November 13, 1942, a son of the late Apama (Hoch) and Clarence H Geissler.

He served in the U.S. Navy as a Seaman 3rd class as a US Navy Hospital Corpsman. He was later employed as a Liquor salesman for the State of Pa for 30 retiring in 1999. 

Larryie was a sports enthusiast, buying and selling sports memorabilia. He loved dancing and appeared on Bandstand frequently in his younger years. He also participated in most Berks Community TV Dance Parties wearing his signature white Fedora hat and also at other dance venues. 

Larryie is survived by his daughter, Gina Lyn, wife of Russell Frank Stout III, twin granddaughters Destiny Rain and Jocelyn Leigh Stout, all of Trade, TN, a  nieces Sharon Weller of Oley and Diana Geissler of San Lorenzo, CA; and nephews Barth Weller of Stony Run, Gary Weller of Gilbertsville and Edwin Geissler, Jr  of San Lorenao, CA.

He was predeceased by a brother Edwin C. Geissler and sister Dolores A. Weller. 

Services are private at the convenience of family. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to Veterans Making a Difference, 2412 Spring St West Lawn, PA 19609. 

Graveside Services at Lobachsville Cemetery Oley, PA with full US Navy Military Honors.
