Larry Joel Millard, 56, of New Ringgold, PA, passed away Friday, March 8th, at St. Joseph Medical Center, Reading, PA.
Born in Reading, PA on April 29, 1962, he was a son of Elizabeth L. (Shalter) Biondo, of Reading, PA and the late Larry A. Millard.
Larry graduated from Reading High in 1980. and served in the U.S. Air Force as a Airman 1st Class.
He then worked as a Roofer at Stankiewicz Roofing for 35+ years. Larry enjoyed dirt racing at Grandview Speedway and spending time with his family.
Larry is survived by his companion of 12 years Wendy Hess, a step daughter, Shannon L., wife of Randy Achehassler, of Reading, PA; a step son,Joseph C. Magliane, of Delaware; three brothers, Darryl L. Millard, of Reading, PA; Mitchell A. Millard, of Reading, Pa; Jason A. Biondo, of Fleetwood, PA. He is also survived by 5 step grandchildren.
A Public Viewing will be held 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 13th at Feeney Funeral Home in Reading, PA. The funeral procession will leave funeral home at 1:15 PM for a 2:30 PM interment with full military honors at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery Annville, PA.
In lieu of flowers donations to defray funeral expenses can be made to Wendy Hess, 75 Angel Drive New Ringgold, PA 17960.
