Guadalupe Alvarez Rodriguez Obituary
Guadalupe Alvarez Rodriguez, 73, of Reading, passed away Monday, May 2nd, at Hershey Medical Center, Hershey.
Guadalupe was born in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico on December 12, 1948, a son of the late Daniela (Alvarez) and Dionicio Rodriguez.
He worked as a Mechanic at Lupe's Auto for 53 years retiring in 2011. He liked fishing off the peir and he loved working on cars and carpentry.
Guadalupe is survived by five daughters, Lillian Marie Gonzalez Rodriguez, Maggie Sanchez, Adali Sanchez, Cynthia Velez, Lillian Velez; seven sons, Francisco Gonzalez Rodriguez, Joseph Rodriguez, Miguel Rodriguez, Jeremiah Rodriguez, Elvis Rodriguez, Richard Rodriguez, Elvin Sanchez and many more children, sisters, Costa and Irene; brothers, Jose, Raul, Juan Jimmy, and more. He is also survived by many more grandchildren.
Viewing will be Thursday, May 12th from 11 to 1 PM at Feeney Funeral Home, Reading. Religious service will be at 12:30 PM. Interment is private at the convenience of the family.
