Florence Sadler Obituary
Florence D. Sadler, 96, of Wyomissing, passed away Thursday, May 7th, at Tower Health Reading Hospital, West Reading.
Florence was born in Lebanon on April 30, 1930, a daughter of the late Anna (Chervich) and Rocco Vasile.
She was the widow of Frederick A. Sadler who predeceased her on March 10, 2017.
Florence graduated from South Lebanon High School, class of 1947. She was employed as manager of several local companies, the last being as a Manager at Bachman Candy in the Vanity Fair complex before her retirement. She really liked to play Bingo and was an excellent baker, known for her peanut butter Easter eggs!
She is survived by her three sons: Archie L. Sadler, husband of Patrice Sadler, of Fleetwood; Bernard F. Sadler, companion of Mark McCall, of Reading; and Dana A. Sadler, husband of Jennifer Sadler, of Westerly, RI. She is survived by five grandchildren: Benjamin Sadler, Elizabeth McLoughlin, Samantha Feldman, Brett Sadler, Erica Sadler and she is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
Florence is also survived by her two sisters, Tillie, widow of Fred Martin, of Lebanon; Betty, widow of Melvin Keller, also of Lebanon.
Relatives and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, May 20th from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Feeney Funeral Home. Religious service will follow at 11:30 AM. Procession will leave funeral home promptly at 12:15 PM. Interment will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville at 1:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital at stjudes.org.
