Fernando Alexis (Kendo) Jean Santiago, 23, of Reading, passed away Saturday, May 30th, at Reading Hospital & Medical Center, West Reading. 


Fernando was born in Panama City, Republic of Panama on November 13, 1996, a son of Ivonne (Santiago Agosto) Santiago Agosto and Alexis Jaen Ayala, of Humacao, both of Puerto Rico.
