Eulalia Rivera, 76, of Chatsworth, passed away Monday, December 6th, at St. Joseph Medical Center, Reading, Berks County, PA. Eulalia was born in Penuelas, Puerto Rico on January 13, 1945, a daughter of the late Julia Maria Rivera Quinones and Alfonso Rivera Torres and was the wife of Eladio Ramos Hernandez.
