Elmer R. (Buzz) Francis, III


Elmer R. (Buzz) Francis, III, 61, of Leesport, passed away Monday, January 31st, at Reading Hospital & Medical Center, West Reading. 


Elmer was born in San Diego, CA on August 1, 1960, a son of the late Nancy (Petry) and Elmer R. Francis, Jr.


He was the husband of Janet R. (Welde) Francis who survives him.


Buzz was a member of Calvary Bible Fellowship Church Sinking Springs, . 


He worked as am Enviromental Consultant at Systems Design and also  the County of Berks Conservation District. He also worked at Home Depot and as an intern at Nolde Forest in college. 


In addition to his wife, Janet, Buzz is survived by a daughter, Sally L. Francis, of Bern Township.
