Ellis Williams Obituary
Ellis J. Williams, 84, of Muhlenberg Township, passed away Thursday, May 18th, at Reading Hospital & Medical Center, West Reading.
Ellis was born in Reading on January 24, 1939, a son of the late Caroline (Rowe) and John Williams and was the husband of Patricia A. (Greth) Williams, of Muhlenberg Township for over 66 years.
He served in the U.S. Navy and worked as a Union electrician for IBEW for over 40 years.
Ellis is survived by his three sons, Daniel P. Williams, Sr, husband of Christine, of Reading; John E. Williams, of Chambersburg; David M. Williams, of Reading; two sisters, Janet Seigel, of Reading; Carolanne Williams, of Womelsdorf and brother, Ronald Williams, of Reading. He is also survived by grandson, Daniel P. Williams, Jr. and great granddaughter, Peyton Williams.
Public viewing will be Thursday, May 25th from 10 to 11 AM at Feeney Funeral Home. Religious service will follow at 11 AM. Interment with full military honors at Laureldale Cemetery.
