Dorothy ("Dottie") Gajewski Obituary

Dorothy A. ("Dottie") Gajewski, 90, of Shillington, PA, passed away Thursday, December 6th, at her residence.

Born in Philadelphia, PA on February 1, 1928, she a daughter of the late Emily (Piotrowski) and Sylvester P. Korejwo, and the wife of Frank J. Gajewski for 49 years.

Dottie graduated from Reading High School in 1946, and worked in the Chief Deputy Recorder of Deeds Office for the County of Berks, for 12 years, retiring in 1983. She was also past president of the Polish American Heritage Association of Berks County.

Dottie is survived by her husband, Frank, a daughter, Patricia Ann, wife of Jack Spangler, of Cumru Twp., and a son, Edward L. Gajewski, of Birdsboro, PA. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Interment will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.
