Doris J. Maeder Herrold, 93, of Wernersville, PA, formerly of Fleetwood, PA, went to be with the Lord on March 13, 2024 at Phoebe Berks where she resided for 12 years.
Doris was born in West Reading, PA on April 16, 1930, a daughter of the late Katie (Stitzel) and William H Wagner. She was the widow of Richard H. Maeder who died in 2004 and James H. Herrold who preceded her in 2012.
She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church Fleetwood, PA . and worked at Fleetwood Shirt Factory Fleetwood, PA for 10 years retiring in 1976.
Doris is survived by a daughter, Robin J.(Maeder) Kurzweg, of Sinking Spring PA. and a son, Mark R. Maeder who preceded her of Murrels Inlet, SC. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Marci J Prutzer, Kristofer S Kurzweg and Matthew Maeder and 7 great grand children.
Interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
