Carl Endlich Obituary

Carl E. Endlich, 91, of Spring Township, passed away Tuesday, October 8th, at Columbia Cottage, Wyomissing.  Carl was born in Baltimore, Maryland, only son of the late Anna M. (Schissler) and Charles Endlich. 

He was the husband of Macrina (Zapach) Endlich who survives him. Carl and Macrina were married on October 10, 1959.

Carl is a graduate of Sparrows Point High School and an alumnus of Johns Hopkins University.  He served in the U.S. Army in West Germany during the Korean War Era, and was a member of American Legion Post 0945. 

He worked as a Toolmaker and then in Management at Western Electric/AT&T Technologies starting in Baltimore then moving to Reading, retiring in 1989. He then pursued a second career in real estate.

In addition to his wife, Macrina, Carl is survived by his daughter, Cheryl, wife of Robert (Bob) Focht, of Sinking Spring and son, Kevin, husband of Karen Endlich, of Dayton, MD and two amazing grandsons: Charlie and Christopher Endlich.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather Wednesday, October 23rd from 11 AM to 12 NOON at Feeney Funeral Home. Memorial Service will follow at 12 PM. Interment is private. US Army Honor Salute at funeral home prior to Memorial Serice.
