Bernard P. Bowers, Jr. Obituary

Bernard P. Bowers, Jr., 70, of Leesport, passed away Tuesday, August 9th, at Reading Hospital & Medical Center, West Reading. 
Bernard was born in Reading on June 4, 1952, a son of the late Shirley (Guy) and Bernard P. Bowers, Sr. and was the husband of Jeanne A. (Zoppel) Bowers, of Lessport.
He was a graduate of Schuylkill Valley High School and worked as a Supervisor at East Penn Manufacturing for 43 years retiring in 2018. 
In addition to his wife Bernard is survived by his 
two sisters, Wendy Bowers, of Florida; Bonnie, wife of Bruce Kauffman, of Reinholds and brother, Andy Bowers, of Ft. Lauderdale.
Celebration of life will be Saturday, October 15th at 11:30 AM at Gionotti's Ristorante, 3118 Pricetown Rd., Fleetwood, PA 19522.
