On Sunday March 19th, 2023 Arthur James MacDougall entered into eternal rest. He is survived by his wife , Jovita MacDougall, Sons James Francis MacDougall, Christopher Lee Kieslich, Ernesto Sobonilla, and Daughters, Linda Marie Roll and Avealina Pearlman along with a host of ten grandchildren. 

Arthur had a passion for cooking and owned 4 restaurants throughout his life in Pennsylvania after his service in Vietnam. His equal passion for the pass time of singing was noted in his baritone renditions of many Elvis Presley songs and his enjoyment of the impersonator Jeff Krick having attended over 25 of his concerts in the last 5 years. A man of few words but strong opinions Arthur believed that human decency was an essential kindness and always treated others with due respect. He will be surely missed and was greatly loved.

His 10 grandchildren are: James Edward Eelam V, Dylan Eelam, Kayla Sobonilla, Jake Sobonilla, Lucas Sobonilla, Kerian Kieslich, Malaya MacDougall, Logan MacDougall, Gillian Roll and Gordon Roll.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, March 23rd at 1 PM in Holy Guardian RC Church, 3121 Kutztown Road, Laureldale. Friends and relatives may call from 12 PM until time of service at the church. Interment at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations in his name to to Holy Guardian Angel RC Church 3121 Kutztown Road, Laureldale, PA 19605.
